Dr. Soibi Godwin-Clark is a distinguished legal practitioner, strategic management expert, and social impact advocate whose career has been defined by excellence, leadership, and a deep commitment to improving lives.
With more than 28 years of postgraduate experience across legal practice, academia, corporate governance, oil and gas, and the non-profit sector, she brings together professional expertise and personal conviction to create lasting social impact.

A Vision Born from Experience
Wonderful Counsel was born from lived experience.
When Dr. Soibi Godwin-Clark’s daughter was diagnosed with developmental challenges at just 18 months old, her family faced uncertainty, countless questions, and the difficult task of finding the right support. Along the way, they discovered how challenging it was to access different services and resources in one place.
Rather than accepting those challenges, she envisioned a platform where families could access trusted professionals, practical resources, and a supportive community, all in one place.
That vision became Wonderful Counsel.
Dr. Godwin-Clark’s vision extends beyond providing services—it is about creating a lasting system of support.
Driven by her passion for human development and inspired by her family’s personal journey, she established The Ecosystem, a purpose-driven model designed to break the cycle of vulnerability for differently abled individuals, their caregivers, and underserved communities.
At the heart of this ecosystem are two organisations working together with a shared purpose.
Wonderful Counsel Limited provides holistic, one-stop support through legal, educational, advisory, wellbeing, guidance, counselling, and special needs sports promotion services.
For The World Initiative complements this work by expanding access to scholarships, entrepreneurship support, philanthropy, poverty reduction initiatives, and community integration programmes that create long-term opportunities for individuals and families.
Together, these organisations reflect her belief that meaningful change happens when support is connected, practical, and sustainable.
